I am a lovely Mexican, curandera, teacher, mentor, lover of life, dreamer and artist.

I am passionate and have studied extensively a wide range of healing arts, such as Yoga, Breathwork, Meditation, Health coaching, Qi Gong, Dance and Music, Intuitive Expression and Embodiment, Therapeutic Tarot, various types of massages and rituals. My greatest teacher is Mother Earth and as part of my healing therapies I work with the elements. 

My expertise is in leading people to remember who they truly are and how through their own wisdom they can create a life where they thrive. 

I believe in the power of community and mirroring each other to see one-self, to hold and be held, to know that we all struggle, and to recognize that WE BELONG. We don't have to do this alone. 

In my past, I was a lawyer in the city, living the 9 to 6 pm life, eventually getting sick and depressed, and finally having the courage to quit the rat race, moving to Tulum searching for the deep meaning of my human experience and changing my life forever. 

Now, I call Bali home and I am loving it!
